Refund policy

Please note that we cannot accept returns for personal reasons.

In the case of a defective product, we will respond by refunding the defective product after confirming the defective product with the attached photo in the email sent within 7 days after arrival.

In this case, no returns are required.

If you would like a refund for defective products, please contact us by email within 7 days after the product arrives.

* If you do not receive a reply within 3 business days, please contact us again.

E-mail may not be delivered normally due to measures against junk e-mail due to domain restrictions, so please check that you can receive the following domains.

-Depending on the mail service, mail software, antivirus software, etc., it may be recognized as junk mail and may not be delivered correctly.
(especially for users of free email services such as Hotmail)

In that case, check your junk mail folder or check your service and software settings.

* Please note that we cannot accept defective products that meet the following conditions.

・ Products that are more than 7 days old
・ Second-hand goods
If the delivery address is different from the orderer, exclude defective products

The procedure is as follows.

1: Please email the following information within 7 days of the arrival of the product.

・ Name
・ Home address
・ Email
・ Product name and number
・ Defective part (please fill in the photo if damaged)
・ Order number (listed in the order confirmation email sent)

2: We will inform you of the refund procedure as soon as the email is confirmed.
